Warmly congratulate our company on the successful application of presulfurized sulfur tolerant shift catalyst KC-103S in Hubei Xinyangfeng ammonia synthesis project

Xinyangfeng 300000 t/a synthetic ammonia technical transformation project is located in Dongbao Chemical Recycling Industrial Park, Jingmen City, Hubei Province, and will be started in July 2020. Two opposed multi nozzle coal water slurry gasifiers are used in the project, and the three-stage adiabatic transformation is adopted for transformation.

In September 2022, our professional technical service personnel assisted the company in loading, heating and gas conduction of presulfiding catalyst. Through close cooperation between the two parties, the start-up of the shift unit was successfully completed, and all technical indicators met the design requirements.
