Anyang Yingde 150000Nm3/h synthetic gas project transformation section has been running smoothly for nearly two years

The 150000 Nm3/h synthetic gas project of Anyang Yingde Gas Co., Ltd. (providing hydrogen and nitrogen for the 450000 t/a synthetic ammonia plant) is located in the industrial cluster area of Huaxian County. The total investment of the project is 3.2 billion yuan. The main products are synthetic ammonia and urea. The annual production capacity is 460000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 800000 tons of urea. The project is the first large-scale coal gasification urea plant in Henan Province. The production capacity of a single plant is the first in the province, and the technology used has reached the world leading level. The gasification process adopts the multi nozzle opposed 4.5Mpa coal water slurry pressurized gasification gasification technology of East China Institute of Technology.

The gas filter of this project is filled with our company's KC-101 sulfur resistant shift protector, the first shift furnace is filled with KC-103 wide temperature sulfur resistant shift catalyst, the second shift furnace is filled with KC-103 wide temperature sulfur resistant shift catalyst, and the third shift furnace is filled with KC-102 low temperature sulfur resistant shift catalyst.

Since the start-up of the shift section of the unit in May 2013, during the continuous high load operation (the maximum load reaches 115%), the performance is stable and the shift index is good. The new generation of KC series sulfur resistant shift catalyst independently developed and produced by our company has shown high activity and stability under the operating process conditions, which is deeply trusted by customers.
