KC-101 Sulfur Tolerant Shift Catalyst Carrier and Guard Catalyst As guard catalyst or catalyst carrier,KC-101 is developed for the CO sulfur tolerant shift catalyst of KC series,consisting mainly of magnesia-alumina spinel,which can be applied as catalyst carrier or guard catalyst.It is used to match with CO sulfur tolerant shift catalyst as guard catalyst,having advantages of high strength,high stability of strength and rich porosity.With the properties,it can effectively remove and adsorb impurities and toxic substances, such as carbon black,tar,dust,etc.Also,the working life of the catalyst is extended greatly as a result of hydrolyzing organic sulfur by KC-101.
KC-101 can be used as long as the temperature rises to the required one and there is no need for sulfurization.Also,KC-101 has simple composition,not containing any alkali metal and any hazardous substances which is harmful to the equipment and the body.The application and operation conditions make a difference to the life of KC-101.
