        Details

            KC-202 is a ceramic honeycomb flue gas denitration catalyst mainly used in flue gas denitration devices with SCR technology. It is applied in various processes where discharge of oxynitrides is required to be reduced, such as chemical ,oil refining and automobile industry. KC-202 removes NOx in fuel gas selectively under aerobic working condition with the reducing agent of ammonia An elimination ratio of over 90% can be achieved with its special characteristics of high denitration efficiency, low ammonia cost large temperature range , low SO2 conversion and long working life .


            With carrier of titanium base, KC-202catalyst has a number of advantages by adding auxiliaries and active component:high specific surface area, stable activity,high denitration efficiency,no secondary pollution and low ammonia escape (<ppm).KC-202catalyst also has strong abrasion resistance due to monomer forepart hardening technology.

        Introduction
        As reducing agent,ammonia is stored in the tank as liquid phase initially.Before being sent to the SCR system with fuel gas, the liquid ammonia is required to be vapouized. After passing through the knockout drum in order to stabilize the pressure and flowrate,the ammonia vapour is mixed with diluted air in the mixer and then sprayed into fuel gas at the upstream of the SCR reactor. The reducing agent and the fuel gas react in the SCR reactor to produce N2 and water by removing oxynitrides
