KC-102 catalyst is a kind of cobalt-molybdenum series CO sulfur tolerant shift catalyst with both special carrier and new additives.It can be used for the medium-pressure process of producing city gas and feed gas from raw material of coal,heavy oil and residual oil.Particularly,it applies to the shift process of low temperature or low water to gas ratio with raw material of coal.
The catalyst has great mechanical strength and activity under low temperature,and it is easy to sulfur and regenerate.Furthermore,the loss rate of alkali metal is very low.The cobalt and molybdenum,as active components in the catalyst,is in the form of oxides.When in use,the first thing to do is sulfurization which means converting oxides to sulfides.It can be obtained by using sulfur-containing process gas or just by sulfurizing agent.KC-102 catalyst does not contain any hazardous substances which are harmful to the equipment and the body.Only a small amount of water will be generated which can be discharged with the process gas during the process of sulfurization.
