TITLE:KC-103S Presulfuration Sulfur Tolerant Shift Catalyst
Classic:Sulfur tolerant shift catalyst and protective agent
KC-103S catalyst is a presulfurazation type of KC-103 sulfur tolerant shift catalyst with the carrier of spinel. It is applicable for the shift process of treating sulfurous feed gas obtaining from using heavy oil, residual oil, asphalt, cinder or coal as the raw materials for gasification, which can be used under the operating conditions of wide temperature range, sulfur range and water to gas ratio range. It is the latest generation product of Co-Mo series sulfur tolerant shift catalyst.
During the process of storage, transportation and loading, there is no need for nitrogen protection. Meanwhile, during use, there is no need for sulfurization and the shift reactor is heated to a predetermined temperature by nitrogen. Then the process gas can be directly introduced. Due to stable sulfurization conditions, KC-103S is sulfurized more sufficiently. So the comprehensive performance of KC-103S prepared by the ex-situ presulfuraztion (KTRES) is better than KC-103.
