As a difunctional sulfur tolerant shift dearsenifying catalyst, KC-106 catalyst has high performance with its special spinel carrier, active components and auxiliaries made via steep, drying and roasting. Not only great for arsenic desorption and adsorption, KC-106 also has high sulfur tolerant conversion activity, even when the arsenic volume is achieved as high as 7%.
It is mainly used for the sulfur-tolerant shift processes containing high arsenic content with raw materials of heavy oil, residual oil, tar, cinder, coal gas. KC-106 is employed in order to protect the subsequent catalyst by preventing from poisoning and also reduce the conversion load.
